This full day professional-led workshop is the perfect introduction to the art wildlife photography. Not only will you be able to take stunning images of our collection of owls and other birds of prey, you'll be able to work through a structured selection of topics to help you to better understand your own camera.
Featuring expert tution from professional photographer Ché Ballard, you will start by learning the many features available with a modern camera and the theory behind taking the perfect shot. You will then move on to experimenting with static portraiture and - later - action shots. Finally, you will have the opportunity to use studio lighting for a true insight into professional image-production.
The day runs from 10:00am - 4:00pm and includes refreshments and lunch at no extra cost.
The standard price per photographer is £100, up to a maximum of four. Spectator places are available for £10.00 per person, and whilst they will be able to observe the session, they will not be able to take photographs.
Upon purchase, you will be sent a voucher - with a period of validity for one year - within a blank gift card, should you wish to present it to someone as a gift. You can then redeem this voucher to book your encounter on an available date. If desired, you may also book additional spectators at this time.
