On one of our popular experience days, you’ll be joining one of our expert falconers for an interactive session like no other!
We have a number of sessions tailored towards a range of ages and interests, allowing us to help everyone get the most from their experience with us.
There's no better position to appreciate the raw power and majesty of a bird of prey than at arms length, so our exciting flying experiences offer you a unique opportunity to get up close to a variety of owls and other species!
What’s more, we even hold bespoke photography sessions for those with a more particular interest in what our birds have to offer.

Experience Sessions
Choose from our extensive variety of eight truly unique experience sessions.
Most of the sessions below run all year round* and can either be booked directly through our booking service, or by purchasing a gift voucher for a loved one.
Spectators can be added to any of our sessions for £15/pp, and full admission to Baytree Owl and Raptor Centre is included for all group members!

Flying Experience Availability
Pre-booking required. Bookings must be placed using our online booking portal. All flying experiences above are available to book all year round (generally Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays). Only one session type will run on any given day and some sessions may run more frequently than others. All sessions begin at 10:00am prompt, unless otherwise specified. Buying for someone else?
Most of the experience sessions above can be pre-purchased as a 12-month digital eVoucher or as a physical gift card, ready to give to your loved one.
Experience eVoucher
Our digital eVouchers are sent straight to your e-mail inbox*. Simply print at home or forward directly to the recipient - no postage necessary!
*E-mail is not instant - we aim to process all eVouchers within 24 hours but this may take up to 72 hours in some situations.
Experience Gift Card
Upgrade to a Gift Card for just £2.00 extra**. Perfect for special occasions, this physical voucher is enclosed within a presentation gift card and includes a blank space for leaving a heartfelt message.

Event Nights
Event Night Availability
Pre-booking required. Event Nights run on pre-determined dates - please refer to the individual event pages or the booking calendar for all currently announced dates and for full event details, including start and end times. Only one session type will run on any given day.
