This form may be used to pay for an experience session that you have already booked in order to confirm your place(s), without having to purchase an experience voucher gift card.*
You should only use this form if you have been instructed to do so by a member of BOWC staff, as you will have to enter the date as agreed at the time of enquiry. This form cannot be used to place a booking without permission - all such purchases will be cancelled.
Note that you will be required to provide a shipping address to use the checkout, however no physical goods will be posted (except where your basket also contains another item.) Your booking is considered confirmed once payment has been processed and your e-mail confirmation has been received.
By making a payment using this form, you agree to the payment terms and conditions shown on this page and the respective voucher terms and conditions for the experience you have purchased.
*Although a physical voucher will not be issued, an internal voucher number will be created at the time of purchase that holds information about the experience type purchased, the number of attendees, and the voucher expiry date. Pay for Your Experience Booking
- This item is intended for purchase only by those who have been instructed to do so by a member of BOWC staff
- The purpose of this item is for the provision of payment towards an already existing provisional booking (as arranged via prior e-mail or telephone conversation with a member of BOWC staff)
- This item should not be purchased with the intent of making a new booking for a date that has not been pre-arranged via another method of communication – any such purchases will be cancelled
- The purchase of this item is to facilitate digital payment only and should be viewed as a service item for fulfillment purposes. No physical good(s) will be supplied even where a delivery address has been specified
- Your purchase is confirmed when payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued to the specified e-mail address. No tickets or e-vouchers will be issued at the time of purchase, unless where requested by the customer
- At the point of purchase, your order will be considered internally as a gift voucher for the chosen experience and abide by its respective terms and conditions. As such, your “voucher” will remain valid for the usual stated voucher validity period should your booking be rescheduled, cancelled or otherwise. You may request a digital version of your internal voucher, the voucher number, or both, as well as the voucher expiry date and number of participating person(s). - This item should only be considered “delivered” once your session has been successfully attended by the booking person(s) on the date agreed at the time of purchase (except where this date is later rescheduled within the voucher terms and conditions). You may not claim any recompense for non-delivery of any physical or material items (including via a payment or delivery company) as no such items are shipped as part of this transaction
- No refunds shall be given should your booking date be missed or is attended by fewer than the stated number of person(s). Should you be unable to attend, please notify us at least 24 hours before the session is due to begin so alternate arrangements can be made
- After the point of purchase, and for as long as your voucher remains valid, you may exchange your chosen session for another of equal or lesser value (for example, an Owl Experience to a Bird of Prey Experience), provided that this has been agreed with a member of BOWC staff. Flexibility of exchanges may depend on session availability and the notice period given.
