Our Loyalty Annual Membership option makes it easy to renew your ongoing membership of Baytree Owl & Raptor Centre. You will still have all the same benefits, including the freedom to visit Baytree Owl & Raptor Centre as often as you please for a full year, at a reduced Loyalty rate.

This product is designed for current holders of an Annual Membership. If you do not already hold a Membership with us - or wish to change your Membership type - please purchase a new Annual Membership here.

Simply enter your Membership details, including original Membership type, main passholder's name, and your pass number, so we can match you against our Membership holders and verify your Loyalty Membership purchase. Your pass number can be found on the reverse of your pass, or on your Loyalty Membership reminder letter. You'll be able to specify a delivery address at the checkout, meaning a Loyalty Membership pass can still be purchased as a gift (provided you have the original pass number.)

This form should only be used if you have received your Loyalty Membership reminder letter or you have been directed here by a member of the BORC team.
For the purpose of this form, the Loyalty rate is considered valid for any purchase made where the given Membership holder's name and pass number match a current Membership of the type selected that has not yet expired.
The Loyalty rate is only valid for a Membership of the same type where the above conditions in section 2 are met. You can not use this form to change the type of Membership that was originally purchased.
Loyalty Annual Membership purchases will be validated retrospectively using the given information. This form does not prevent incorrect details from being provided; it is the purchaser's responsibility to check the validity of the information being entered.
All validated Loyalty Memberships will retain the anniversary (i.e. start and end date) of your original pass.
At checkout, you may provide a new delivery address even if it does not match the one that the original Membership was sent to (i.e. if it was purchased as a gift.)
If an invalid purchase is made, it will be treated as a new Membership purchase and you will be invoiced for the outstanding amount (i.e. the difference between the standard rate and the Loyalty rate.) You will receive notification of this to the e-mail address provided at checkout as well as the option of cancelling your purchase.
To change your Membership type, you must instead re-purchase a Membership from its respective product page at the full price.
