By purchasing a membership for Baytree Owl and Raptor Centre, you agree to the following terms: All annual memberships are valid for one year from the date of issue, until the expiry date shown on reverse of membership card. All annual memberships entitle the holder to general admission, during the normal opening hours the centre, at no additional cost for the duration of their membership. Each membership card may be redeemed once per day, and only against the respective admission entitlement as shown below: Adult Membership: Can be used against one Adult (16+) admission. Child Membership: Can be used against one Child (3-15) admission. Adult and Child Membership: Can be used against one Adult (16+) and one Child (3-15) admission. Joint Adult Membership: Can be used against two Adult (16+) admissions. Family Membership: Can be used against two Adult (16+) and two Child (3-15) admissions. Your membership entitlement is only valid when used by the main Membership holder, or when used by a member of their household in the case of Adult & Child, Joint Adult or Family memberships. All members will be issued with a physical membership card in the name of the main Membership holder. Once purchased, memberships are non-refundable, non-transferrable and have no cash value. The original membership card must be shown to validate your admission entitlement. Copies of any kind will not accepted. Lost or stolen cards may be replaced for a nominal administration charge of £5.00, provided your membership details can be confirmed. Your membership is only valid once you have been issued with a Membership number and your payment has been successfully processed. Your Membership number is not the same as your order number. In the event that the Membership form is submitted without a valid purchase, then your Membership number will not be issued and an alternative form of payment will be requested. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments shall apply immediately and retrospectively to all currently active memberships. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by any amendments to these terms for all applicable memberships. You will be notified of any relevant changes to these terms via the e-mail address specified at the time of purchase.
